When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items that we have personalized as per your order and received defect free and as described on our website are not returnable. If the unfortunate has happened and you have ordered in error, we would like to extend 50% off MSRP on your replacement order(Shipping charges will apply). Please contact us at 802.872.0047 to arrange for a return or replacement as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Everyone loves to enjoy their Carved Solutions personalized gifts as soon as they can so we ask you to please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
DAMAGES: Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Call Carved Solutions for RA# and instructions (802) 872-0047. Take photo of exterior packaging and product to email to email@example.com Call tags will be issued by Carved Solutions for any damaged product and an exchange will be sent immediately. No credits will be issued for any damaged merchandise only product replacement.
CANCELS: Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
RESTOCKING FEE: Sales returns, both authorized and unauthorized, are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
REFUSED ORDERS: Refused orders are subject to 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges. If you refuse all or a portion of any shipment at the time of delivery, you are responsible for all outbound and inbound freight costs in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
ACCOUNT BALANCE WITH FEES: All fees must be paid in full prior to the release of any future orders.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS: Product must be returned in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Account will be credited only for product received by Carved Solutions in the aforementioned condition. Freight charges are at the retailer’s expense and restocking fees may apply. FEDEX / UPS CLAIM: Please notify carrier whether it be FEDEX or UPS and Carved Solutions immediately upon discovery. Retain all packing materials for possible FEDEX / UPS inspection.
